Map Switch While driving, the driver can use the map switch to select different control settings and find the optimum setting for his/her driving style. For this reason, make sure the switch is mounted within reach of the driver. Many have found it helpful to fit a diagram showing the current switch position, see also Features [} 6], diagram in chapter. The switch position is also broadcast on the CAN Bus so it can be displayed with a dash (e.g. the DDU 9 and DDU 10 from Bosch Motorsport).
